  • All Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club members receive a 10% discount on food and drinks purchased in The Grove Bar & Bistro, along with discounts on golf lessons, personal training, group fitness, tennis lessons and swimming lessons with the Hidden Valley Swim School.

  • Children under 16 must always be supervised when using the pool and gym.

  • A current driver’s licence is required to be able to drive the carts on the golf course.

 

  • Membership fees are to be paid at the time of application. If your membership application is not approved, all payments will be refunded in full. If you have applied online via the “Join Now” button, we will contact you to process your payment.

  • Instalment arrangements are available.  Fees to be paid quarterly in advance by Direct Debit from Credit Card PRIOR to the expiration of current period (if choosing to pay by Debit or Credit Card, a Direct Debit Authority Form will need to be completed).

  • An annual administration fee of $60 will apply to all Instalment arrangements. This fee is due together with payment of the first instalment.

  • Credit card payments can be made by Visa & Mastercard. Please note: A 1% surcharge will be applied to all credit card payments.

  • No surcharge applies to cash, EFTPOS, or direct transfer payments.

  • New members who join during the financial year pay a pro-rata fee.  Direct Debit from Credit Card is still an option.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a membership application has been approved and payment has been processed.
